SLIP ON FLANGES

A Slip-On Flange is bored sightly larger than the outer Diameter of the matching pipe , Slip-on flange has a low hub because the pipe slips into the flange prior to welding. It is welded both inside and out to provide sufficient strength and prevent leakage. They are ideal for low pressure applications, We supply Carbon Steel Slip-on Raised Face Flanges in both raised face and at faced design.

WELD NECK FLANGES

Weld Neck Flange is flanges that designed to be joined to a piping system by butt welding. This kind of flange include lots of specification, Weld Neck Flange is expensive because of its long neck and cost of people for contact WN flange with pipeline or fitting but is preferred for high-stress applications. The necks, or hubs, transmit stresses to the pipeline, The bore of Weld-Neck flange matches bore of the pipeline, reducing turbulence and erosion.

BLIND FLANGES

This is a flange without a bore. Also called a blanking flange, it is used to fix or seal an end of a piping framework or shut off a piping system or vessel opening. Inspection of vessels or piping system is easier and it is simpler to access it. A blind flange can be supplied with or without hub depending on the requirements.

SOCKET WELD FLANG

A Socket Weld is a pipe attachment detail in which a pipe is inserted into a recessed area of a Valve, fitting or flange. In contrast to buttweld fittings, Socket Weld fittings are mainly used for small pipe diameters (Small Bore Piping); generally for piping whose nominal diameter is NPS 2 or smaller. To join pipe to Valves and fittings or to other sections of pipe, fillet-type seal welds be used. Socket Welded Joints construction is a good choice wherever the benefits of high leakage integrity and great structural strength are important design considerations.

THREADED FLANGES

Threaded pipe flanges are the special type of flanges which can be attached to the pipe without welding. Threaded flanges are threaded in the bore which matches an external thread on the pipe. Threaded pipe flanges is just like to slip-on pipe flanges that are used with pipes that have external threads. It is used where small diameter and high pressure is required. These flanges are available in all materials, specifications, sizes and grades.

LAP JOINT FLANGES

A lap joint flange (LJF) is an assembly of two elements involving a stub end and a lap joint ring flange (also called a ‘lap joint flange’). To be technically correct, the stub end is not part of a lap joint flange. However, a lap joint flange is always used in conjunction with a stub end, so both parts are often collectively referred to as a ‘lap joint flange’. To assemble a lap joint ring flange and stub end, the stub end must slide into the bore of the flange ring and then be butt welded to the pipe.

REDUCING FLANGES

Reducing flanges are a specialty flange that are most often used on projects that require the fitting together of different sized pipes. A reducing flange consists of a flange with one specified diameter having a bore of a different and smaller, diameter.

LONG WELD NECK FLANGES

Long weld neck flanges (also known as LWN) have an extended neck that acts as a boring extension and is longer than a standard weld neck flange. Welded neck flanges are easy to recognize because they have a long tapered hub that reduces its size from the pipe to the fitting. Industrial long weld neck flanges are used in high pressure industrial applications and in high temperature situations as well.

PLATE FLANGES

Plate flange is also named plain flange, flat flange and slip on flange etc. A plate flange is a flat, circular disk that is welded onto the end of a pipe and allows it to be bolted to another pipe. Typically used in fuel and water pipelines, the two plate flanges will be bolted together with a gasket in between them. The plate flange will have bolt holes all around the perimeter and will be used to create junctions, tees and joints.

SPECTACLE FLANGES

A spectacle flange is a specialty flange made of two metal discs attached in the middle by a small section of steel. ... Spectacle flanges, also known as spectacle blind flanges, are most commonly used on piping systems that need to be separated regularly or where the flow through the systems is regularly stopped.

ORIFICE FLANGES

An Orifice flange is a disc-shaped flange, engineered with either a Raised Face or a Ring Type Joint facing. The traditional orifice flange assembly consists of a pair of flanges, orifice plate, bolts, nuts, gaskets, jacking screws and plugs. Jacking screws ensure the easy removal of the primary flow element.
