ELBOW 90 DEGREE
90 degree elbow has varieties of features such as reliability, durability and dimensional precision. There are lots of advantages of this forged elbow that are easy to install, rugged and corrosion resistant. We are involved in providing a widespread range of forged elbows in different sizes and thicknesses.
Elbow 45 degree The Forged Socket Weld 45 Deg Elbow are resistance to corrosion/pitting/oxidation/stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. It is having the high tensile strength and good dimensional accuracy to offer. Additionally, it withstands heavy loads and also withstands in the high-temperature atmosphere.

TEE
Forged steel fittings are pipe fittings that are made from forged carbon steel material. Forging steel is a process that creates very strong fittings. Carbon steel is heated to molten temperatures and placed in the dies. The heated steel is then machined into the forged steel fittings.

REDUCER
A reducer is a kind of pipe fitting used in process piping that reduces the pipe size from a bigger bore to a smaller bore (inner diameter). A reducer allows for a modify in pipe size to reach the hydraulic flow requirements of the system or to adapt to existing piping of a different size. The length of the reduction is generally equal to the average of the bigger and smaller pipe diameters. Reducers are two types of available Eccentric and concentric .

COUPLING
Full coupling fittings can be either threaded or socket ends types. A Socket Weld is a type of pipe Fitting or attachment detail in which a pipe can be inserted into the recessed area of either a valve, another fitting or a flange. Typically, socket welds fittings, for e.g. Bspt full coupling is primarily used for small pipe diameters or Small Bore Piping. A smaller bore in a piping system indicates that the nominal piping diameter is NPS 4 or smaller. Besides being used for applications which have small bores, these socket weld full coupling can also be used in low-pressure piping systems.

NIPPLE
A Pipe Nipple is a short pipe (12 inches or less), with small opening which provides way for the liquids or gases to pass through the pipe. It has a ale thread on each end and is used for extension form a fitting. Used in fluid application to connect two fittings with each other. Used in plumbing system or for ceiling and wall supports and extensions. Used for ceiling or wall supports.
